management and security of intellectual property, and the situation becomes quite complex. The complexity
of the situation deepens as large companies must also manage issues of privacy and security juxtaposed
against concerns for national security including the rights of government to access data and personal
information. In this assignment, you will address some of the concerns and legalities associated with data
management.
