My selected topic is economic change, and now I’m going to explain how I’ll further research the concerned topic.

Step 01 Knowledge

If I research economic change, I’ll opt to evaluate the modes of improving the financial condition of the whole state (Marist.edu, 2020). It needs to operate the system more efficiently by using available resources effectively and seeking a rise in revenue due to economic change. The sustenance of economic change needs tax cuts, and it also shows the tendency to experience the level of deregulation in the economy. I’ll focus on reusing the infrastructure at the pace of economic growth and development. An increase in employment leads to experience growth in action due to the rapid economic change. The role of shareholders in economic development improves the whole culture of economic development. 

Step 02 Comprehension

The economy of America experienced the evolution phase in the economy of America. From 1916 to 1921, the people of South America experienced the worst lifestyle by having insufficient financial resources (Npr.org, 2019). They strive hard to experience betterment in their lives through an economic change in the current time. I find the same issue of lack of improvement in the quality of life of people, and they also prefer to migrate to those regions where they can quickly sell out their services to experience economic change. The incorporation of EBP also furnishes the betterment of economic instability. The missing evidence is the effectiveness of natural resources and the efficient role of women in the economy. I’ll utilize the natural resources and role of women in society to make them able to achieve economic development.

Step 03 Application

I experienced similarities in the resources and the information which I received. The similarity is that people need to experience a healthy lifestyle by selling out their services in the market (Historymatters.gmu.edu, n.d.). It is good to sell out the benefits instead of only waiting for someone to show mercy. The difference that arises from the sources and gathered information is that there exists a lack to utilize the efficiency of women in the economic setting. The involvement of females in economic growth tends to meet the desired objectives in the specified timeframe. I’ll propose my presentation to assign weightage to the inbuilt capacities of the workforce by the involvement of females to smooth the pace of development by the economic change. 

Step 04 Analyze

I’ll analyze the whole economic change model by assessing solid and weak points on the matter of concern. The strong evidence of economic change shows that female involvement establishes norms and makes it possible to achieve success in a specific timeframe. The weak point of the evidence is that it stresses the extraction of capacities and efficiencies of the workforce on equal mode (Research, n.d.). But there exists a difference in the employees’ willpower to work with dedication. There are challenges between the capacity to do work with commitment and thinking about economic well-being only.

Step 05 Synthesis

I’ll sum up my viewpoints by saying that the available resources lead to economic development. The existing infrastructure assures the decrease in the level of cost, and it also smooths the ways of attaining the goals of the economy. It also broadens the ways for employment for the youth, which assures the efficiencies in economic scenarios. I’ll make sure to put my model of economic change by the EBP.
