There have been lawsuits and OSHA incidents with which to contend.

The week’s background readings provide recent articles on insurance issues, injuries, and associated legal disputes. Find at least one other recent resource for support. For your post:

• Discuss the implication of these legal trends in last mile logistics.

Some other tech is being patented and might be realized in the future. Other companies are looking at delivery robots. Even low-tech ideas like “cargo bikes” are being used in large cities.
